Mental Health Awareness Week 2018

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week. Hosted by the Mental Health Foundation, the annual event aims to shine a light on wide-ranging mental health issues, from sleeping disorders to schizophrenia.
This year’s focus is stress, one of the most prevalent causes of poor mental health. Research shows that 85% of adults regularly experience stress, and over a third feel stressed for at least one full day per week.
To mark this occasion, we wanted to do something a little different and host a digital Stress Awareness Space, where people can anonymously share how they deal with stress and may help to support colleagues who wouldn’t otherwise ask for it. The ideas below have come from our staff.
